“We had the most amazing stay at the Ocean Oasis! The house was EXACTLY as pictured and so easy to access. We were a group of 6 and the accommodations were simply perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linen. The washer and dryer were a dream and made washing throughout the trip truly delightful. They provided plenty of pool towels and beach towels (and accessories)!! It was extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed including plenty of storage containers for leftovers, pots and pans for cooking, all utensils, AND they had plenty of basics stocked for the stay. We cooked often and the second refrigerator in the garage was fantastic! It could not have been more perfect for our group. We even reached out once to ask about the air conditioning during the stay and the hosts arrived onsite within 15 minutes to make sure everything was working properly. They were responsive and helpful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“If you have a good sized group, this is the house for you. It’s close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of beaches. However, the house is so fabulous, you might choose not to leave. First off, there is so much room!!!5 bedrooms to spread out in, an upstairs and downstairs place to watch tv or movies, a fully stocked kitchen with any appliance you might need, and a grill in the backyard if you want an easy dinner of burgers. But my favorite spot is the backyard and pool. The backyard has beautiful landscaping and it makes it feels so private. And the pool is perfect. We spent a whole day just laying by and being in the pool. The hosts of PMI couldn’t be any better. From booking the property, to getting us ready to go, instructions to get in, and timely response to any questions or queries we had, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I’m definitely recommending them to everyone I know. PMI a properties are definitely the place to stay!”

“This was such a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. It was perfect from the time we walked in the front door! It was so clean and pristine. It was decorated beautifully. A great open floor plan with a large, well-equipped kitchen and roomy, comfortable living room. The primary suite on the main level was simply gorgeous. The bathroom was stunning. The living space and bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs were designed so well and were so clean and welcoming. The beds were VERY comfortable. The outdoor space was dreamy with a gorgeous saltwater pool, travertine decking and lush landscaping. It was very private. We spent more time out here than we expected simply because it was so amazing! There is a gas grill as well as a Green Egg charcoal grill. The property was so well-equipped…from beach towels to kitchen supplies. SO WELL DONE! We would DEFINITELY stay at this property again! Thank you, PMI Sarasota for a wonderful stay!”
