Important Information:
• This property is offered as a mid-term rental with a minimum stay of 30 days.
• Maximum number of pets is 2. Dogs only are allowed. $100/pet/30 day stay.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, place trash and returnables in appropriate container in shed beside entryway.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
• We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book or stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests are required to sign the lease rental agreement through the PMI Vacationland Guest Portal before their check-in date. This ensures guests receive essential property and arrival details, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free and comply with the law and regulations.
• PMI Vacationland utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
