This floor also features a full hall bathroom, a bay front bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom, two large bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and a laundry room. 

Upstairs on the second floor is your main living space, flooded with natural light from large windows all around. The comfortably furnished living room features a fireplace, and opens to the dining area and large kitchen. Two sliding doors take you to another covered patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, priceless views of sunset, and meals with friends and family. You'll also find a half bath, and a large bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third floor is the primary suite: with spacious closets, a shower/tub and double vanity, as well as a private patio overlooking the bay.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap).  Professionally laundered bedding and bath towels are also included (bed-making available upon request and for an additional fee), as are beach tags and beach gear!
