“The pictures don’t do this place justice. The house is spotless, stunning and enormous. All the furniture is beautiful, the whole house is basically a giant antique and just walking through it was fascinating. We had a beautiful time relaxing and enjoying all the old books in the library and the lounging in the pool. The backyard and pool are both huge and super serene. The sunroom is also super lovely. The house is perfectly clean and the hosts are kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I love this place and would definitely stay again. Jason was attentive. The house had a fun vibe we pretended it was haunted! It was totally safe, clean and well stocked. The photos do not do it justice. The detail in the historic house was the whole reason we went there and it did not disappoint. It was also super comfortable. The beds were excellent!”

“Lovely and quiet home that worked as a perfect retreat for me to get out of the city and get a lot of work done. Pool and sun room were incredible”

“Wonderful opportunity to stay at an historic home! We really enjoyed the large backyard, croquet, and swimming pool and the pool toys were a nice addition. There’s a great soft serve ice cream shop a short walk away. The house was fully functional and spacious and the AC worked great. The kitchen was a little small and dimly lit but had all of the utensils and pots/pans we needed and the grill was really convenient. Thank you for a great stay!!”

“If you love the charm of the 18th century but with all the modern comforts, this is the vacation home for you. This is a stately home with comfortable beds, a small but adequate kitchen and enough room for everyone! I can’t say enough about the beautiful back yard with its amazing centuries old shade trees, the screened in porch and lovely in-ground pool. Whether sipping wine and playing croquet in the backyard enjoying beautiful breezes on a summer day, having morning coffee at the kitchen table or a family sing along in the dining room, this home can transport you to another simpler time in life. I have to mention how much we enjoyed the gorgeous wide planked floors with just a bit of creak to transport you to another era. Thank you so much for allowing us to share this home.”

“We had a great time at this lovely home. We were disappointed that the pool was not ready in time for our stay, but Jason let us know of that in advance and offered us a full refund. When we kept the reservation, he gave us a very reasonable discount. Great communication. We would absolutely come back.”

“Jason and Moses were very pleasant to deal with. The 300 year old house is such a gem! We had a lovely girls weekend! The house was much bigger than anticipated and everything is well appointed with authentically vintage pieces, but with comfortable beds and TVs! Perfect combo. My girlfriend's and I enjoyed a relaxing staycation with a private chef, nail technician, and massage therapist. There was sufficient space for the therapist's full table and in the queen room. The pots and pans were more than adequate for the Chef Trish. Our group loved the house!”
