THE HOME

The 1248 sq. ft. home on Third is in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood in beautiful downtown Kalispell, with quick access to restaurants, pubs, parks, shopping, art galleries, and museums. The updated vacation rental provides an easy home base for travelers looking to explore all that the area has to offer. This home is ideal for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for a convenient office setup!

THE SPACE
The home is an eclectic mix of comfortable, colorful, quaint, and delightful. Lovingly cared for, this home boasts a "tucked away" feeling on the desirable Eastside of downtown Kalispell.

The cozy home offers off-street parking and a backyard. It is also work-friendly and is equipped with high-speed internet for free! Perfect for business travelers looking for a comfortable office set-up. The kitchen is fully equipped for convenience, while the full bathroom includes towels and toiletries.

The two private bedrooms offer a King-size bed and a Queen-size bed. In between the living and office areas, there's an available standard pull-out double bed with linen storage underneath and a blow-up air mattress is available (please request it when booking). The privately enclosed backyard is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Your getaway is ready for relaxing and a wonderful place to come "home" to after enjoying all Flathead has to offer!
  • The vacation home offers coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer.
  • The kitchen offers a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils.
  • The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.
PLEASE NOTE:
  1.  FIRE PIT is NOT accessible for guests' use
  2.  PARKING: off-street (rear of the home, alley - 2 vehicles)
  3.  The property has 3 steps of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.

2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.

3. UPON FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING

4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00 am) and after they close for the day (3:00 pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.

5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals, and receive approval before bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws, and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

2. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions vary it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

4. The property has exterior cameras to monitor only the exterior of our homes. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property to maintain guest privacy. Additionally, PMI Realty Management NW uses Netatmo’s Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor to assess humidity, air quality, temperature, and noise in the property. The noise monitoring addresses potential noise complaints from neighbors, The noise monitoring measures only the sound level, and not recorded private conversations.
