Introducing Seabreeze Cottage in Waterford, a charming retreat boasting four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This coastal haven features a spacious living room, providing ample seating for guests to gather around the cozy wood-burning fireplace or enjoy their favorite shows on the Google Smart TV.
Step into the recently renovated kitchen, showcasing stunning quartz countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a stylish custom hood vent. The open-concept design ensures seamless flow into the adjacent dining area, equipped with a waterfall edge for easy serving or additional seating with bar stools. The elegant formal dining room centers around an expandable drop-leaf table, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests for a memorable dining experience.
The main floor houses a full bathroom and three inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The upper level presents a private master suite, complete with a luxurious king-size bed and sufficient room for a crib or air mattress to accommodate young children.
The well-appointed kitchen ensures guests have everything they need for an enjoyable in-house cooking experience.

- Ocean Beach Park (New London, CT) Approximately 5 miles away, Ocean Beach Park is a popular destination that offers not only a beautiful sandy beach but also a pool, water slides, mini-golf, and a boardwalk. Parking fees vary depending on the day of the week and whether you are a resident or non-resident. Non-resident parking rates typically range from $17 to $30 during the summer season.
- Rocky Neck State Park (East Lyme, CT) Located about 6 miles away, Rocky Neck State Park offers a beautiful crescent-shaped beach, picnic areas, and hiking trails. Parking fees for non-residents range from $15 on weekdays to $22 on weekends during the summer season.
- McCook Point Park and Hole-in-the-Wall Beach (Niantic, CT) Around 3.5 miles from the home, these two adjoining beaches in Niantic are known for their beautiful views and family-friendly atmosphere. Non-resident parking fees range from $25 to $30.
- Harkness Memorial State Park (Waterford, CT) Located 4 miles away, Harkness Memorial State Park is a serene beachfront park that offers sweeping views of Long Island Sound. Parking fees for non-residents range from $9 on weekdays to $15 on weekends during the summer season.

“Great location - beaches just a short drive as promised! Hot tub was amazing! Beds were comfy and kitchen is high tech and awesome! Love how the living room, kitchen and dining room are all connected and open - felt like our whole family was together even when someone was cooking! We played some of the board games at the large dining room table. We had a great stay!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb by Jason! The property was exceptionally well-kept and spotlessly clean. Its proximity to Mystic Aquarium made our visit very convenient. The full kitchen wear provided was a great plus, allowing us to prepare our meals easily. The space was ample and comfortable, providing a great environment for relaxation. It had an amazing unique theater room. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely book again!”

“Great place to stay with a little one, near lots of attractions and a great downtown in Niantic, and close to Mystic as well. Beautiful home with a great hot tub, and it's in a lovely peaceful setting with woods behind the house that attracts all manner of birds. Would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!”

“We enjoyed our Memorial weekend stay at Jason’s beautiful home! The home was perfect for our family to spread out and the theatre room and hot tub made our stay extra relaxing! Everything was clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was a close drive to Mystic and New London for great restaurant options. “The house was exactly as advertised. Well stocked and equipped kitchen, plenty of TVs around the house and towels-a-plenty. The Hot tub was MASSIVE, and very clean. One quirk, at least for us as we're not familiar with these Yale keypad locks. It took us 10 minutes to get inside the first time because we weren't aware you had to push the "Yale" button to make the keypad appear 🤷♂️.”

The home was very clean, the neighborhood was very quiet and the hot tub is a great addition, even though we weren’t able to use it (due to my wife’s pregnancy). Jason was very helpful and attentive. “Everything here was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Very nice hot tub was definitely a plus as well as the movie theatre/ bar area. Would be a great house for a family with a few kids and a friend or two. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was evident that the linens and towels were thoroughly cleaned. If I ever need a place near here again I would definitely return.”

“I booked this last spring for parents weekend at the United States Coast, Guard Academy (16min away). I mentioned that when initially reaching out to Jason. Upon arrival, there was a whiteboard with a welcoming message and congratulating our son for making it through swab summer! The personal touch was really appreciated! The house was perfect – plenty of space and more amenities than we even needed! Well-stocked kitchen – I was able to cook very easily the first night there. Will definitely come back!”

“The place actually felt bigger than what the pictures show. VERY nice place with plenty of space for all guests. Areas flow well into each other but also provide plenty of privacy for multiple guests. Nice area, easy to enjoy the entertainment room, hot tub/back yard and living room/kitchen area. A great place to stay with the family! Jason was super responsive when a mechanical situation arose and resolved it the same day. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed in Waterford for a few nights after being in NYC for a few days. I nice little retreat. The movie room was fun for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The house itself was great. Not a ton to do in the area itself. The beaches are all pay to park which was surprising, but seems like a common CT thing. We hung out at Ocean Beach Park a couple of the days we were there. The kids enjoyed it. Sort of an old school little park with old rides and arcade. The beach was ok. If you're used to southern beaches it's pretty different. Overall a good time with the fam.”

“Our party had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! There was clear communication prior to check in, and the host was very flexible with our check-in time. The house was exactly as pictured, and came completely stocked with amenities- linens, towels, shower toiletries, utensils, and even board games! There was lots to do with the hot tub and movie theater, as well as being only a few minute drive from the boardwalk, beach, and main street shopping/dining area. Very reasonable requirements for clean up, and all expectations/rules were clearly communicated in a binder located right next to the door. Would highly recommend this host/property to other travelers! :)”
