The kitchen seamlessly opens up to a living room adorned with brand new sofas and a large flat-screen TV. On the second floor, you'll find a generously sized primary bedroom featuring spacious closets and a bathroom with double sinks and a linen closet. A well-appointed second bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room complete the upstairs accommodations. Outside, relax on the charming patio and enjoy the fenced-in backyard, complete with a stone fire pit. The convenience of two parking spots in front adds to the appeal of this inviting space.

General Rules:

• The back patio is fully equipped with seating and a fire pit. Logs and a fire starter are provided, but usage is at your own risk. Fire extinguishers are available—one under the kitchen sink and another in the laundry room.

• There are two Wi-Fi networks set up to provide streaming speed and convenience.

• Please observe silence, with noise restrictions in place between 10 PM and 8 AM.

• Only park in designated areas, with two spaces available in front of the property. Street parking is at your own risk.

• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be stored inside the property and regularly moved to communal trash dumpsters across the street.

• Avoid flushing any items in sinks and toilets to prevent clogs.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the host.

• NO parties, NO events, NO cats, and NO smoking are allowed.

• Dogs are considered; please read the pet policy.

• Before your departure, please strip the beds that were used, along with any used linens in general, and leave them in the hallway or laundry room on the floor.

• Guests must comply with the rules outlined in the guest rental agreement.

 

PET POLICY

At The High Point Haven, we recognize the importance of pets in many families and gladly welcome both small and large dogs as valued guests in our rental property. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all, kindly review and adhere to the following pet policy:

1. Eligibility: Dogs must be at least one year old and house trained, displaying well-behaved behavior.

2. Proof of Vaccination: Prior to arrival, guests must provide proof of their dog's age and up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, flea, and tick prevention.

3. Waste Management: Guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their dogs. Please utilize the provided waste disposal bags and bins located in communal areas around the property. Extra dog waste bags are available under the sink. Failure to clean up may result in additional cleaning fees.

4. Pet Deposit: A non-refundable pet deposit of $150 is required upon booking.

5. Pet Etiquette: Ensure your dog remains leashed as there is no fence around the yard, and High Point has a leash law. Do not leave your dog unattended unless crated and only for short periods. Keep dogs off furniture.

6. Liability: Guests are solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets. The High Point Haven is not liable for harm or injuries to the pet or any third parties during their stay.

7. Additional Cleaning: If extra cleaning, deodorizing, or pest control is necessary due to your pet, associated costs beyond the pet deposit and cleaning fee may be charged after reporting the extensive costs.

8. Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in immediate eviction without a refund, along with additional fees for damages or cleaning.
