Laundry facilities house necessary laundering items as well as extra cleaning supplies.

Interaction with guests: This home is managed by a PMI East Lyme, a property management company with a dedicated Short Term Rental Property Manager Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm as well as remote team members and maintenance line happy to assist at any time. Safe, walkable area to golf course, beaches, marinas and more. Quick drive to access Rt. 1 and I-95, Groton-New London airport, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
