Nokomis Beach Getaway with Pool
Experience the best of coastal living at Nokomis Beach Getaway, conveniently located a 5-minute walk to Lyons Bay Park with kayak launch, inviting you to explore the scenic waterways at your leisure. Additionally, the property is a mere 5-minute drive from Nokomis Beach, allowing you to easily indulge in sun-soaked sands and refreshing ocean breezes. This rental promises the perfect blend of aquatic adventures in the ocean waters and its secluded heated pool.
The Getaway offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people, 3 full bathrooms, private pool, kayaks with dolly, beach chairs and toys and bicycles to enjoy the neighborhood or an evening ride to the beach for the Beach Drum Circle or to enjoy one of our amazing sunsets on the beach.
Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests.
Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity. Pool Heating is available for $20/day from November 1 through April 30 and must be purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to check in. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

“mazing location! Exactly as listed and more! Our family enjoyed everything about this place. It was the most relaxing place to come back to after an epic day at the beaches that were all within 10-25 minutes. Our children loved the pool and being able to all sleep in the same room with bunk beds. Location allowed you to fully enjoy the beach with all their amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, towels and bikes)!!! Definitely the place to stay for a relaxing vacation with the family!”

“Stayed for 1 week and the house was nice just very outdated. Had a new grill which was great. The beach chairs were old and 1 was broken. 2 bikes were broken and we could not ride them not sure why they even offer them. Pool was big and water was clean. Overall stay was good house was clean.”
